Up for auction is a 1968 jeepster commando with fiberglass cj5 tub and nose . Original 231 v6 buick and 3 spd trans work well. 4wd transfer case in correct , quiet working ,smooth shifting condition. This is a proffesionaly built road worthy rig that was on the road till this fall. I used it for hunting season and around farm almost daily this winter. Starts, runs, goes, stops and looks decent. Gauges , lights, wipers and speedo in working condition. This is not in parade ready condition but looks and functions as it should. The reason i will part with it is height restriction. I am 6'3" and leg and head room is an issue. Starting at what i paid before top was installed. Can also supply winter hard top as i have 3 extras. Also on craigslist hudson valley so come with cash. 845-246-1303 to preview before bidding. Sold as is, where is so look at pictures closely and come preview before bidding. I have other cj5's and m38a1's for sale, it will make for an interesting excursion.
